Prefabricated cabins are a rapid, flexible, and scalable construction method that involves prefabricating various components of a cabin (such as walls, roofs, and floors) in a factory and then transporting them to the site for rapid assembly. This technology offers significant advantages across multiple industries, particularly in environments requiring rapid delivery, flexible deployment, and strong weather resistance.

Diverse Application Scenarios

  • Security Cabins
  • Operator Cabins
  • Equipment Cabins
  • Medical Cabins
  • Toilet Cabins
  • Resting Cabins
  • Cold Storage Cabins
  • Office Cabins
  • Vending Kiosks, etc

Innovation of Prefabricated Modular Cabin

FRP sandwich panels are a new type of modular space solution developed based on prefabricated container technology. By using fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) composite sandwich panels as the structural panels, combined with a high-strength steel frame structure, breakthroughs have been achieved in multiple dimensions of cabin performance. Compared to traditional metal sandwich panel cabins, FRP sandwich panel cabins have the core advantages of “Lightweight, durable, easy to maintain, and provides thermal insulation.” making them widely adaptable to various scenario requirements and a preferred solution in the field of modular construction.

Sandwich Panel Cabins

Lightweight
The overall weight of the cabin is significantly reduced, making it easy to handle and install.

Exceptional Durability
FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) materials offer strong resistance to corrosion, aging, and UV rays.

Easy to Clean and Maintain
The smooth, even surface of the FRP panels does not absorb dirt, making it easy to clean with a high-pressure water jet. No special maintenance is required, and routine cleaning costs are virtually zero.

Insulation and Thermal Resistance
The FRP sandwich panels use insulation cores with a low thermal conductivity, combined with a tightly sealed structure. The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.028W/(m·K).

Harsh Environment Durability

TOPOLO’s FRP composite panel housing material has undergone extreme environment testing, proving its ability to easily withstand the following conditions:

  • Temperature Range: From -40°C (freezing regions) to 80°C (high temperature, sunlight exposure environments).
  • Severe Weather: Rain, snow, hail, and prolonged exposure to strong ultraviolet radiation.
  • Special Environments: Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion (e.g., around chemical industrial parks or laboratories).
  • Structural Strength: Extremely high load-bearing capacity, capable of withstanding strong winds and minor impacts, ensuring safe use.

Main Structural Specifications

FRP Sandwich Panels

  • Thickness: 50-150mm.
  • Width: Up to 3.2m..
  • Length: Up to 12m.
  • Insulation Core Material: XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) foam or PU (Polyurethane) foam.

  • Bottom Frame: 2.0mm thick profiled steel, Q235B.
  • Support Columns: 2.0mm thick profiled steel, 160mm x 160mm, Q235B.
  • Corner Fittings: 4.0mm thick profiled steel, 160mm x 160mm, Q235B.

Rapid Assembly, Flexible Deployment

The modular shelter adopts a “pre-assembled module + on-site splicing” model, making the installation process simple and efficient.

Factory Pre-processing

FRP sandwich panels and steel frames are pre-assembled in the factory to form standardized modules, ensuring precision.

Two Installation Methods

  • It can be pre-assembled in the customer’s warehouse and transported to the site for direct use.
  • After the modular kits are transported to the destination, they are assembled by operators following detailed installation instructions.

Flexible Expansion

We support the splicing and combination of multiple cabins, allowing for expansion of space as needed to adapt to different scales of application scenarios.
