An Innovative Solution Combining Modern Design and Practical Functionality
Building swimming pools with composite panels is a modern and efficient construction method. Compared with traditional brick-and-concrete structures, composite pools offer significant advantages in construction speed, labor cost, and ease of maintenance, making them a growing global trend in pool design and construction.

Core Advantages of the Composite Panel Structure
TOPOLO composite panels for swimming pools are made by combining PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) foam core with FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) skins, forming a strong sandwich structure that provides the perfect balance of strength, stability, and lightweight performance for pool construction.

Technical Highlights of TOPOLO Composite Panels
TOPOLO optimizes both material selection and manufacturing processes to ensure stability and safety in high-humidity and high-temperature environments.
☑ Eco-friendly Recyclable PET Foam: Non-toxic, odorless, and VOC-free, safe for both users and the environment.
☑ High Structural Load Capacity: Thickness up to 150mm, providing sufficient strength to withstand pool water pressure and external loads.
☑ Excellent Heat Resistance: Maintains shape and mechanical stability at temperatures up to +60°C, without softening or deformation.

Key Advantages of Our Solutions
- Lightweight and Strong, Easy Installation
With low density and high strength, the panels are easy to transport and install. Building a swimming pool no longer requires tons of sand, cement, or bricks — a single truckload of composite materials can meet all construction needs, greatly reducing the building time.
- Excellent Thermal Insulation Performance
PET foam features naturally low thermal conductivity, effectively reducing heat loss, maintaining stable water temperature, and enhancing swimmer comfort.
- Durable and Corrosion-Resistant
Both FRP sheets and PET foam are non-absorbent materials. They will not swell, rot, or deform even after long-term water immersion, and they effectively prevent algae growth, keeping the pool clean and hygienic.
- Economical and Low Maintenance
Composite pools require no frequent waterproofing or large-scale repairs. The overall cost is significantly lower than that of traditional concrete pools, offering an economical and efficient solution.
- Efficient installation
All components can be prefabricated in the factory, requiring only on-site assembly, which greatly improves construction efficiency.
Simplified Installation Process
The modular design of TOPOLO composite panels makes installation fast and efficient.

Composite Panel Swimming Pool Construction
01 Foundation Preparation
After leveling the site, lay a simple gravel base or a concrete leveling layer. Ensure that the ground flatness deviation does not exceed 5mm to provide a solid and even foundation for composite panel installation.
02 Panel Assembly
According to the pool design drawings, assemble the prefabricated composite panels piece by piece, and secure them using specialized connectors.
03 Joint Sealing Treatment
Use a pool-grade unsaturated polyester resin mixed with fiberglass yarn to fill and seal the panel joints, forming a tight and durable waterproof layer.
04 Surface Finishing
Apply decorative materials to the surface of the composite panels as required. Optional finishes include non-slip ceramic tiles, stone-pattern PVC membranes, or mosaic tiles, depending on the desired aesthetic.
In addition to PET foam core sandwich panels, TOPOLO also offers honeycomb core composite panel systems for swimming pools, meeting diverse project requirements for strength, weight, and cost efficiency.
