- XPS foam has an extremely low thermal conductivity, which can effectively reduce the heat transfer inside and outside the horse transport box, creating a temperature-appropriate environment for the horse.
- The outer skin is a high-strength aluminum alloy skin. Aluminum alloy is durable and weather-resistant, which can make the horse box have a very long life. The aluminum alloy surface is pre-coated in various colors favored by customers.
- The inner skin is FRP sheet, with woven glass fiber woven cloth as reinforcing fiber, and its compressive strength and impact resistance are both higher than felt-based fiberglass sheet. The inner wall panel is reinforced with waterproof plywood (LWRT can also be used as a reinforcement layer), which can resist horse body collision and horse hoof kicking, preventing horse injuries.
