One Piece GRP Composite Panels for Trailers

The one-piece GRP composite panel developed by TOPOLO is larger in size and more stable in performance. It is suitable for trailer boxes of various travel trailers, truck trailers and other various applications. We provide foam core GRP panels, honeycomb core GRP panels, plywood core GRP panels and other customized composite panels to meet the performance requirements of trailer manufacturers.

GRP Foam Core Composite Panels

GRP panels use XPS, PU, PET, PVC and other closed-cell foam as core materials, which not only reduces the weight of the panel itself, but also has a good thermal insulation effect.

GRP XPS Sandwich Panels

XPS foam is waterproof, thermally insulated and has high compressive strength. GRP XPS sandwich panels are suitable for RV trailers and refrigerated trailers.

GRP PU Sandwich Panels

PU foam has extremely low thermal conductivity, and GRP PU sandwich panels are one of the most suitable insulation materials for refrigerated trailers.

GRP PVC Sandwich Panels

PVC foam material is high strength, waterproof, thermal insulation and flame retardant. It is a core material with superior comprehensive properties. GRP PVC sandwich panels are suitable for building various trailer boxes.

GRP PET Sandwich Panels

PET foam has higher strength but poor thermal insulation performance. GRP PET sandwich panels are suitable for various dry cargo trailers and small travel trailers.

GRP PP Honeycomb Core Composite Panels

In response to the characteristics and needs of trailers, TOPOLO has specially developed and customized a new type of lightweight and high-strength composite material – fiberglass reinforced plastic (GRP) PP honeycomb core composite panel. While it is lighter and stronger than wood, it also has good waterproof and moisture-proof properties. It is very suitable for building trailer boxes that do not require high thermal insulation.

GRP Plywood Composite Panels

The surface of the plywood is covered with a layer of smooth and wear-resistant GRP sheet, which makes up for the shortcomings of the plywood that it is not waterproof and has limited strength. GRP plywood composite panels can be widely used as side panels, roof panels and floors of dry truck trailers.

Which GRP Sheets to Choose?

GRP Sheets

GRP sheet is waterproof, strong and has a flat and smooth surface, which can even achieve a mirror effect. Its colors are also rich, which makes it look very aesthetic. When using it as a trailer panel skin, you have to be careful to prevent it from getting scratched.

New GRP Sheet – CFRT Sheet

CFRT sheet is lighter in weight, higher in strength and more affordable. The only shortcoming is that it does not have the smooth, mirror-like surface of thermoset GRP. However, it uses CFRT sheets as the skin material of trailer composite panels, which brings longer service life and lower manufacturing costs
