Frozen food (-18℃ ~ -25℃)
- Meat: frozen pork, beef, lamb, poultry (chicken, duck, etc.).
- Seafood: frozen fish, shrimp, crab, shellfish, tuna (need -40℃ deep freezing).

Refrigerated food (0℃ ~ +8℃)
- Dairy products: milk, yogurt, cheese.
- Fruits and vegetables: fresh fruits (strawberries, grapes), vegetables (leafy vegetables, mushrooms).
- Eggs: fresh eggs, liquid egg products.
- Baked goods: cakes, chocolate (need constant temperature to prevent melting).

Constant temperature food (+10℃ ~ +15℃)
- Tropical fruits: bananas, mangoes, durian.
- Alcohol: wine, craft beer (shock-proof constant temperature transportation).

- Vaccines: COVID-19 vaccine, HPV vaccine (2℃~8℃).

Optimization solution design
Combined with CAD 3D modeling and finite element analysis, simulate the body load, cooling effect, and driving stability, and provide multiple solution comparisons, including cost budget and performance forecast. Based on the customer’s future business expansion needs, reserve modification space (such as expandable refrigeration unit interface, modular body splicing design).
Body specifications and load customization
For different transportation scenarios (such as urban distribution, long-distance trunk lines, and cross-border transportation), the body length (13 meters, 13.7 meters, 16 meters and above), width (2.4 meters – 2.6 meters), height (2.4 meters – 3 meters) are customized, and the exclusive chassis structure is matched.
Refrigeration and temperature control system customization
According to the temperature sensitivity of the goods (such as ice cream requires – 25℃, flowers require 5℃-10℃, and blood products require 2℃-8℃), independent/non-independent refrigeration units are configured to support multi-temperature zones (2-3 independent temperature zones) for precise temperature control, and the temperature difference can be controlled within ±1℃.
For extreme environments (such as high-temperature deserts and severely cold areas), the insulation layer thickness is upgraded (80mm-150mm), and PU polyurethane foam + glass fiber reinforced composite board is used, with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.022W/(m・K) to ensure that the temperature in the car is stable when the external temperature fluctuates.
Customized functional modules
- Adaptation for special cargo: add hook tracks and blood diversion troughs for meat transportation.
- Design ventilation troughs and humidity control systems for fruit and vegetable transportation (humidity control range 40%-90%).
- Customize detachable fixed brackets and shock-proof buffer devices for large equipment (such as medical instruments).
Material and process customization
- Box body materials can be food-grade fiberglass (lightweight, strong weather resistance, suitable for long-distance trunk lines) or aluminum alloy (high strength, significant weight reduction, suitable for high load requirements).
- Environmentally friendly glue is used to seal the box body to reduce cooling loss
- Anti-slip patterned aluminum plate is installed on the bottom, combined with aluminum alloy edging to extend service life.
