Fast & Insulated Roll-up Doors

Easy to operate

The manual roll-up door can be quickly rolled up or put down without much effort, and the operation is simple and convenient.

Insulation

• The door curtain is made of aluminum-skin polyurethane foam core sandwich panel, which is light, strong and has good insulation. It achieves the same insulation effect as other side panels.
• The edge of the roll-up door is equipped with sealing strips, brushes and other accessories to achieve a good sealing effect, effectively preventing outside air, dust, moisture, etc. from entering the interior of the refeer box.

GRP composite Box Panels

The reerfer box is made of glass fiber composite panels. The surface of these panels is UV-resistant gel-coated GRP sheet, and the internal core material is thermal insulation foam.

How to achieve thermal insulation, waterproofing and structural strength?

• The polyurethane foam core plays a key role in thermal insulation. Its extremely low thermal conductivity (0.020 – 0.030 W/m·K) cooperates with the refrigeration unit to maintain long-lasting and efficient thermal insulation.
• Non-metallic materials are embedded in the panel as a frame to eliminate the problem of local heat transfer. These materials will not rot or deform, and can always keep the panel structure stable.
• The panel edges are completely sealed, and even if the box sealant falls off, external rainwater or internal condensation will not enter the panel.

Aluminum Duct Floors

Different from traditional flat floors, aluminum ducts are not only a durable and high-strength floor, but also a choice to make the cold air flowing out of the refrigeration unit more evenly distributed. It allows the cold air flow to circulate quickly in the reefer box through the duct, so that every corner maintains the same temperature.

High-load-carrying Subframe

The subframe is the key load-bearing structure connecting the truck chassis and the box body. It can disperse the concentrated load to the longitudinal beams, cross beams and other parts of the chassis. The TOPOLO subframe is welded from high-strength T700 stamped steel and then galvanized to achieve longer-lasting corrosion resistance. The 8.0m subframe allows the chassis to carry 15-20 tons of weight.
