Description
The skin of the honeycomb panel uses FR4 sheets suitable for carbon printing. FR4 sheets have good insulation properties, heat resistance, moisture resistance and good machinability. Its surface is flat, smooth and without pits. After repeated trials and data comparison, we controlled the size of the honeycomb holes to a range that is most suitable for pickleball movement. FR4 high hardness is combined with high toughness PP honeycomb core to achieve the best impact resistance and slap resistance.

FR4 honeycomb panel vs CFRT honeycomb panel
- More flame resistant and better thermal stability
Compared with CFRT materials, FR4 epoxy resin as a pickleball racket skin will be more flame-resistant, will not be excessively worn due to high temperature or long-term friction of the racket, and has good thermal stability and structural stability.
- Smoother surface
Epoxy resin is a fiberglass fabric with a gel coat added. The fiberglass arrangement is more regular and the surface is smoother. It can be lighter and thinner while maintaining excellent toughness.
