Weather-resistant outer skin

  • UV-resistant FRP/GRP sheets are used for the exterior skin of refrigerated boxes. They are resistant to sunlight, marine weather, rain, and snow. They offer a service life of over ten years and retain their vibrant color. TOPOLO has developed a variety of FRP sheets (thermoplastic and thermoset) for insulation panels to achieve a balance between performance and cost.

High-quality thermal insulation core material

  • The insulation core material is preferably extruded polystyrene (XPS) or polyurethane (PU) or polyester foam. These foams have extremely low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation performance, which ensures the high efficiency of the refrigeration unit.

High-strength embedded “skeleton”

  • The interior of the refrigerated box panel has been processed and pre-embedded with “skeletons” made of various lightweight materials.
