Insulated Truck Body Panels
Experts in Refrigerated Truck Body Materials
In today’s highly competitive logistics industry, maintaining the freshness and quality of goods is crucial. The thermal insulation performance of refrigerated trucks is one of the key factors to ensure that the temperature of goods remains stable during transportation. Whether transporting food, medicine or other sensitive goods, reliable refrigerated truck insulation solutions are required. It is very important to choose the right insulation panel for the refrigerated truck body. Together with the refrigeration unit, it can provide reliable insulation performance to ensure the safety of goods during transportation. The one-piece FRP composite insulation panel developed by TOPOLO combines multiple advantages and is an ideal material for refrigerated truck bodies.
Features of Thermal Insulation Panels in TOPOLO
- High strength: Can withstand traffic accidents of general severity.
- Heat insulation: Can stably maintain a working temperature of -20℃.
- Waterproof and moisture-proof: Fully sealed design to isolate water vapor intrusion.
- Weather-resistant: The surface of the panel is treated with anti-ultraviolet rays and will not fade for a long time.
- Aesthetic: The surface is flat, smooth and flawless, and matte or glossy effects can be selected.
- Easy to clean: Stains are not easy to adhere to the surface and can be washed off with water.
- Hygiene and safety: Food-grade skin can be customized and can be directly in contact with food.
- Easy installation: Modular design, only a small number of operators are required.

High-quality materials ensure panel performance
According to the application requirements of refrigerated trucks, TOPOLO comprehensively considers factors such as thermal conductivity, water absorption index, compressive strength, etc., and adopts insulation materials with different performances. The insulation truck panels we recommend are XPS foam sandwich panels, PU foam sandwich panels, and PET foam sandwich panels.
Panel Structure
The facing material of the insulation panel is FRP (fiberglass plastic) or CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic), and the core material is rigid closed-cell foam (XPS/PU/PET). In order to obtain a more stable structure, various structural profiles (wood, plastic, steel, aluminum, etc.) are embedded in the panel or insulation materials (plywood, GMT, aluminum, etc.) are added between the surface and the core.
