Cargo tracks, also known as cargo rails, are metal rail systems specifically designed for securing and securing cargo. They are installed inside trucks, trailers, vans, and other vehicles. Used in conjunction with straps and cargo bars, they effectively prevent cargo from sliding or tipping over during transport, improving safety and loading flexibility.

Materials for Cargo Tracks
- Galvanized Steel: High strength, corrosion resistant, suitable for heavy-duty vehicles.
- Aluminum Alloy: Lightweight, rust-free, suitable for light trucks or vans.
- Stainless Steel: Used in environments with high corrosion resistance requirements, such as refrigerated trucks.
Cargo Track Types

E Cargo Track
The E track is the most widely used cargo track in the logistics and trucking industry. It features rectangular slots along the length of the rail and works with E-fittings, end fittings, load bars, and straps.
Features
- Heavy-duty structure for strong load-bearing.
- Compatible with a wide range of logistic accessories.
- Can be mounted horizontally or vertically on the truck wall or floor.

L Cargo Track
The L track features round holes instead of rectangular ones. It is smaller and lighter than the E-type, designed for light-duty and flexible load securing.
Features
- Employs stud or quick-release connectors for rapid installation.
- Typically used for surface mounting or recessed mounting on vehicle floors and walls.
- Commonly made of aluminum alloy.

F Cargo Track
The F track is designed for heavier-duty applications. It has a more reinforced profile and deeper structure than the E-type, allowing for higher load resistance and stronger anchor points.
Features
- Rugged and durable, meeting high-strength requirements.
- Provides maximum stability for large, heavy cargo.
- Common materials are galvanized steel or stainless steel.
