Premium Box Material
There are many kinds of materials for the box truck body. According to the requirements of performance, fiberglass foam core sandwich panels and fiberglass honeycomb panels are commonly used. For example, the XPS/PU foam core sandwich panel with low thermal conductivity is usually used for refrigerated trucks, and lightweight & high-strength PP honeycomb panels and PET/PVC foam panels are used for dry cargo trucks that do not need to be heat-insulated.
XPS Foam Sandwich Panels
- XPS (extruded polystyrene), is made of polystyrene resin as raw material plus other auxiliary materials and polymers, while heating and injecting a catalyst, and then extruded to form a rigid foam plastic board. It has a very low Hygroscopicity (almost no water absorption), low thermal conductivity, and high compression resistance.
PU Foam Sandwich Panels
- Rigid closed-cell PU (polyurethane) foam is one of the most ideal thermal insulation materials. Its thermal insulation effect far exceeds that of XPS (extruded polystyrene), PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) , rock wool and other types of foam materials.
PET Foam Sandwich Panels
- PET foam is a kind of closed-cell thermoplastic structural polyester foam with certain shear and compressive strength. It provides excellent fatigue resistance, impact resistance, and deficient water absorption. It also has good thermal and acoustic properties. It is an ideal core material for lightweight & high-strength composite sandwich structures.
PVC Foam Sandwich Panels
- PVC foam board is a very simple closed-cell core material. It is very inexpensive, has good mechanical properties, and is compatible with all standard resin systems, including polyesters, vinyl esters, and epoxies.
EPP Foam Sandwich Panels
- EPP foam is a closed-cell bead foam that provides a unique range of properties, including outstanding energy absorption, multiple impact resistance, thermal insulation, buoyancy, and water & chemical resistance.
PP Honeycomb Sandwich Panels
- Polypropylene (PP) is a general-purpose plastic with stable properties, excellent chemical resistance, high purity, low water absorption and good electrical insulation. In addition, PP material is not only light in weight, but also suitable for welding.

Strict Quality Inspection
The truck box will first be analyzed by CAE (Computer Aided Engineering), and after the production is completed, it will go through a series of rigorous on-site tests such as impact resistance, waterproof, and fire prevention.

A: What are the dimensions of your truck body?
Q: The length of the general cargo box can be divided into 10ft, 11ft, 12ft, 14ft, 15ft, 16ft, 18ft, and the size of the cargo box of a medium-sized truck is between 20-32 feet. And just adjust the distance of the beam, the body can match different brands of trucks.
Q: Do you have your own factory?
A: Yes, we have our own factory. Our factory covers an area of tens of thousands of square meters. Our factory is located at No. 2737, Huancheng South Road, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province.
Q: If I want the price, what information should I provide you?
A: You need to provide us with the material, size (length, width, height and panel thickness) and quantity of the RV body, and provide the design drawing as much as possible.
Q: Will you provide samples?
A: Yes, we will provide free samples, but customers need to bear the international express cost.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It is generally within 4 weeks from the establishment of the contract to the completion of the product, and the transportation time depends on the distance between the destination country and the departure port.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept L/C (Letter of Credit), T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Paypal, cash and other payment methods. In principle, we mainly accept T/T.
